EC1A-PM & EC11A-PM Chambers

The EC1A-PM and EC11A-PM model chambers are customized EC1A/11A chambers with a rectangular, 6" (W) x 5" (H), piece of 1/4" thick Pyrex glass installed on the left side to allow viewing inside the chamber. Below the glass window cut-out, are (2) 1" circular ports for inserting wires or cables to connect to DUTs, user equipment etc. (2) 1" port silicone stoppers are supplied to help seal off the ports.

Both chambers have many of the same features as our standard EC1x chamber's such as vertical air flow with convection style heating, a temperature range of -184°C to 315°C (using LN2) and -73°C to 315°C (using LCO2), use the TC10 controller and offer safety features such as adjustable over temperature limit protection modules, upper/lower software temperature limits, processor watchdog timer as well as open and short probe detection.

Other options available include gas purge with or without needle valve, a pull off or hinged door with or without a window and optional valves such as line purge, redundant for LN2 and 2/3 tank for LCO2.

Due to the location of the window, rack ears are not installed on the PM chambers.
