Chamber Options
EC1x model chambers can be customized with a variety of options such as 1" to 4" circular ports (most models), N2 gas purge with or without needle valve, pull-off or hinged doors with or without windows and more.
The standard location for our circular ports are on the left side, centered horizontally and vertically to the interior work space. If you need ports in a different location, a drawing will need to be provided.
Cooling options for LN2 include Auto Line Purge, Redundant and 2 tank auto switch. LCO2 options include 2 tank auto switch for 300psi LCO2 and 3 tank auto switch for 850psi LCO2.
