ETx Chambers

The ETx temperature chambers are our smallest chamber based on overall exterior dimensions. To accomplish this, the chamber's controller is separate from the chamber chassis. A 6 ft. cable connects from the chamber to the controller. The ET1 chamber comes standard with a window hinged door, circular ports on both the top and bottom of the chamber and both a chamber and user probe. The chamber uses horizontal air flow with convection style heating, has a temperature range of -184°C to 315°C and incorporates a user adjustable bi-metal thermostat for upper temperature limit protection in addition to user adjustable software upper and lower temperature limits. The chamber uses the PC100-2 temperature controller - a dual sensor, single channel, 1/4 DIN controller with a user-friendly interface as well as an IEEE488 (GPIB), RS232/RS422/485 interface for remote control capability. The controller has many of the same features as the TC10 controller such as non-volatile storage for local programs and controller parameters, ability to control to chamber or user probe etc. The PC100-2 controller does not, however, offer advanced cooling features such as auto line purge, redundant valve or 2/3 tank auto switching. Sun also offers the ET2 model temperature chamber, which is similar to the ET1 with an additional 3" of vertical work space.
