TEMPERATURE CHAMBER - EC1X MODEL
EC1x Models
The CE approved EC1x models are our most customizable temperature test chambers. They are available in sizes ranging from 0.37 ft3 to 6.16 ft3 of working volume. The EC1X uses vertical air flow with convection style heating and has a temperature range of -184°C to 315°C (using LN2) and -73°C to 315°C (using LCO2). The EC1X uses the advanced and extremely flexible TC10 controller to provide features such as non-volatile memory to store user temperature profiles and parameters, an additonal probe (for monitoring and control of product temperature), adjustable ramp rate, power down restart, etc. Built in IEEE-488 (GPIB), RS232/RS422 remote interfaces allow uploading & downloading of user temperature profiles and data logging.
The EC1x model temperature chambers can be customized to suit your testing needs. Optional features such as circular ports, adjustable shelves and window doors can be installed to facilitate test set up and fixtures inside the work space. An N2 gas purge is available to provide a nitrogen atmosphere during high temperature testing. Coolant features such as 2 or 3 tank auto switching valves, LN2 auto line purge and redundant valves are available to accomodate user cooling requirements. EC1xHA MODELS
Our EC1xHA model temperature test chambers provide all the features of the EC1x models with the additional feature of an external 200 CFM blower to provide ambient air cooling from hot temperatures down to ambient to conserve on expectorant usage. Available in three sizes.
EC1A-PM & EC11A-PM
The EC1A-PM is a customized EC1A model temperature chamber with a 6" x 5" viewing window and (2) 1" ports installed on the left side of the chamber. It features the TC10 controller, with a temperature range of -184 °C to 315 °C and inner workspace dimensions of 10"(W) x 8"(H) x 8"(D).
MATRIX DOOR
For automated testing of 2, 3, 4 - leaded components, the EC10 and EC11 model temperature test chambers can be fitted with a Switching Matrix Door. The matrix door can hold 5 component cards. Each component card can hold up to 32 (2 leaded radial or axial) components or 16 (3 or 4 leaded components). The matrix door has a temperature test range of -184 °C to 200 °C.
